**The Team**:
Nestled within the picturesque suburb of Enoggera, our vibrant and thriving childcare center offers space for up to 75 children, thoughtfully divided into nursery, toddler, and pre-school rooms. We are open from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm every weekday. Our experienced leadership team, known for their dedication, actively leads by example, and values providing hands-on support to all educators throughout our center.

**The Role**:
Join our team as a Early Childhood Educator, where your **passion** for early childhood education will be the cornerstone of our **vibrant** learning environment. We're looking for an individual who is not just dedicated to teaching but also thrives on **collaboration** and maintains a **positive** outlook in every interaction.

Your strong communication skills will be essential in **fostering** **meaningful** **connections** with children, parents, and team members. With a person-centered approach, you'll tailor your teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each child, nurturing their curiosity and development. Your **enthusiasm** for early learning will inspire our young learners to **explore**, **discover**, and **grow** in a supportive and dynamic setting.
- Completion of a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current working with children check
- A passion for early childhood education, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and a person-centered approach
