Full-Time Qualified Educator - Fern Gully Child Care Centre

Fern Gully Child Care Centre is seeking a **passionate and dedicated Qualified Educator** to join our team on a full-time basis.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated educator who will:

- Provide high-quality education and care in line with the **Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)** and **National Quality Standards (NQS)**:

- Work collaboratively with a supportive team of educators and management
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to planning and implementing educational programs that foster children’s growth and development
- Ensure compliance with the **Education and Care Services National Regulations** and centre policies

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent, ACECQA approved)
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and National Regulations
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
