Our client operates purpose-built family-owned early learning centre and is recruiting Diploma Qualified Educators to work in permanent roles on a full-time basis.

The centre is incredibly designed with two large outdoor natural play spaces and inviting indoor areas with small group sizes, lots of open-ended spaces, an abundance of learning resources and operating above ratio in Educator to Child ratios. There is an ECT with every age group as well as experienced Educator professionals.

Sustainability is one of a few key focus areas by the Educators throughout the centre. The property is abundant with vegetable gardens and animals including cows, sheep, goats, rabbits, chicken as well as a tractor that can be used to take the children for a ride.

A service that is proud of their strong community ties - having established a solid reputation for itself, this was one of only a few services that maintained a long waitlist even at the height of the Pandemic.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a friendly and experienced team. We are looking for team members who:

- have a positive “glass half full” outlook,
- are passionate about early childhood education,
- love working with, and supporting, others, and
- have a creative problem-solving ability.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent that is approved by ACECQA.
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Child Protection statement of attainment for Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk.
- Experience working with children 0-6 years (minimum 2 years).
- Superb at communicating and a natural ability to build relationships

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
