The Salesforce Educator & Data Steward role purpose is to design, develop, document and facilitate training for new and existing end users of the Dentsu salesforce CRM platform using effective learning techniques to drive platform adoption.
As the custodian of data health, the role owns the internal control and reporting framework, providing direction and instruction to our offshore Sales Enablement resources to ensure proactive outreach occurs and data anomalies, issues and omission s are identified promptly and addressed to ensure maximum data accuracy at any given time.
Engagement is a priority so you will be involved in understanding the key needs of teams from new business perspective, the E2E salesforce lead to contract lifecycle, and the growth operating rhythms and forums that run across all service lines and teams.

What your typical day will look like:
The Salesforce Trainer & Data Steward role purpose is to design, develop, document and facilitate training for new and existing end users of the Dentsu salesforce CRM platform using effective learning techniques to drive platform adoption.
- Core responsibilities include:
- Serve as a central point of contact for offshore sales enablement resources, responsible for data health remediation and monitoring tasks, and act as an escalation point for issue resolution between end users and offshore resources.Maintain strong working relationships with local, regional, and global Salesforce support and development resources to foster collaboration and effective communication.-
- Implement and maintain a data health and compliance framework, clarifying data capture and entry expectations for Salesforce end users based on their role and level in the organization. Maintain a register of internal control reports to monitor data health, optimize data health efforts, and analyze internal control reports to create action plans for remediation.A bit about you:
- Proven experience with Salesforce platform and expertise in developing technical training materials and programs.-
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.-
