**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a motivated and physically capable **Labourer** to join our dynamic site crew. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with civil construction experience who is looking to develop further within the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with civil construction tasks including excavation, concreting, and pipe laying
- Operate hand and power tools
- Support the site team with setup, maintenance, and clean-up of work areas
- Follow direction from site supervisors and engineers
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and project specifications
- Carry out manual handling and physical labour duties as required
- Assist in interpreting plans and measurements under supervision

**Requirements**:

- White Card (Construction Induction Card) - **Mandatory**:

- Previous experience in civil construction, labouring or similar roles
- Physically fit and reliable
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- NSW Driver’s licence and own reliable transport
- Basic understanding of site safety and tools
- Advantageous: plant or machinery tickets (e.g. excavator, roller), traffic control ticket
