Hays is currently looking for 10x civil construction labourers for ongoing work in Melbourne's North and West

**Your new company**
Victorian Civil Construction companies that develop subdivision sites across the state are looking for labourers to bring into their teams. Working in Melbourne’s North and West, there is a very strong pipeline of work for the whole of construction. Your new company is looking for people who are after ongoing work and are ready to commit to a long-term position.

**Your new role**
Your role will be as a civil labourer on a subdivision site. Your duties will include, top soiling, site clean-up, and moving dirt and portable fencing. More experienced labourers will be required to assist with laying conduits and pipes or with machine operators on site.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous labouring experience
- White Card
- Reliable transport
- Other relevant tickets are favourable
- Full time availability
- A good work ethic

**What you'll get in return**
You will receive above award wages as well as overtime, penalties, and travel. There is an opportunity to prove yourself and obtain long, full time work through Hays or working directly through the client.
