**About the role**

In this role you will work within a passionate, small team of Finance professionals to perform daily and month end accounting tasks such as; banking, receivables and billing for both Australia and New Zealand OneStop entities. In this role you will have the opportunity to split your time evenly between the accounts receivable and billing tasks.

The key responsibilities of this role are:

- Daily bank reconciliation of all OneStop bank accounts including NZD and USD.
- Allocate all Receivable payments to correct debtors and answer respective queries.
- Raise all manual invoices for each month.
- Chase any and all outstanding debts for both Australia and NZ.
- Manage and action all appropriate refunds.
- Maintain the Accounts and Accounts Receivable mailbox and liaise with the relevant business units to address customer queries.

**About you**

You will bring the following experience to the role:

- 3+ Years in a similar Accounts Receivable and Billing position.
- MYOB or equivalent experience.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

You have the following skills:

- Ability to multitask and identify true priorities to ensure tasks are completed to schedule.
- Established relationship building skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team environment, whilst taking ownership and accountability.

Ideally, you will also have;
- Previous experience within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
