This role may require interstate travel.

**Your Impact**:
Be responsible to notification and lodging claims for workplace injuries and illnesses, within legislative timeframes, with insurer / agent.
Ensure claims management strategies are supportive of overarching key business performance objectives.
Manage non-work-related injuries / illnesses to determine appropriate strategies to support in consultation with internal personnel.
Contribute to the content of monthly reports ensuring integrity of data.
Attend operational team meetings to provide claim updates, education, and coaching information.
Maintain professional development and understanding of new or changing Workers Compensation practices and legislation.

**You’ll bring to the table**:
**Essential**:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in injury management and workers compensation management.
Current Return to Work Coordinator (RTWC) certification.
Working with Children Check (BlueCard)
Hold a Tertiary qualification in Injury Management or Health and Safety is desirable.
