Great opportunity for a passionate Change Analyst to work with a large government department, identifying and assessing the impacts of changes to business process, people, technology and structure.

**Purpose of the role**:
The Change Analyst is responsible for identifying and assessing the impacts of changes to business processes, people, technology, and structure, to enable the design and implementation of appropriate tactics to meet the business objectives of the program.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Contribute to the implementation of agreed change management activities in consultation with key stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes.
- Develop and manage change management records and artefacts to inform decision-making and support appropriate project management and governance to expected standards, including supporting audits and health checks.
- Implement change readiness assessments and recommendations to update and adjust planned activities to ensure the achievement of planned outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with project team members, stakeholders and clients to meet defined business needs and assist with establishing change networks.
- Developing and delivering a range of training materials encompassing people, processes and technology
- Undertake data analysis to support change initiatives.
