We are seeking an **Account Coordinator** to join our **Print & Promotional Services** business. You will be joining a result-driven, highly collaborative team supporting our Account Executives in delivering print and promotional solutions to our customers. **In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Successfully manage print and promotional materials production with external suppliers
- Handle all artwork, quality checks and supply chain requirements, confirming job lead times to ensure customer expectations are met;
- Create Sales and Purchase Orders of client-specific products or services
- Resolve any issue in a creative way or escalate to appropriate team members
- Provide exceptional customer service.

**Skills & experience required**:

- Extremely organised and detail oriented in a dynamic environment
- Experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain or similar
- SAP or equivalent ERP experience is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to identify and anticipate problems
- Solutions focused
- Strong customer service skills
- Print and Promotional service industry experience is preferred but not essential
