The **PaMS Account Coordinator - 6-month Fixed Term Contract** is responsible for the creation and where appropriate management of the procurement, production and supply of client specific Print & Marketing Solutions products or services.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Proactive management of Account Executive and/or customer requests
- Management of customer stock on hand replenishment activities
- Effectively use Winc platforms and systems for purpose of meeting customer requirements.
- Consistently meet and exceed operations targets
- Manage and coordinate end to end order management as required
- Proactively manage open customer orders and delivery schedules within agreed timeframes.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required
- Escalate issues or challenges within acceptable timeframes
- Perform other duties as required

**Skills & experience required**:

- Minimum 5 years professional work experience relevant to the position
- Experience in print or promotional operational role or similar
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Suite skills, CRMs, Workflow tools
- SAP experience or a similar business management software
- Demonstrated customer service focus
- Adobe Creative Suite knowledge desirable
- Self-starter with exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Strong collaboration skills
