**Restaurant Supervisor - Nobu Perth**

The world’s most renowned “new style” Japanese restaurant Nobu, is unrivalled for its delectable fusion cuisine and professionalism in hospitality. Exceeding local and international guest’s expectations, Nobu hosts a sake bar, sushi counter and private dining teppanyaki; allowing customers to experience the culinary art how they desire.

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Nobu, you will be responsible for maintaining operations of the outlet and monitoring optimal customer service levels whilst acting as an escalation point for frontline staff. The role assists the Manager in team participation, leadership, innovation, and financial evaluation to ensure top quality service is always provided to customers.

**To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Supervisory role
- A desire and dedication to promote and represent the Nobu brand.
- Must hold a current unrestricted Approved Managers License
- Demonstrated leadership experience in empowering and managing people and diverse groups.
- Proven experience in managing projects and priorities to meet business outcomes.
- Experience in a Food and Beverage service within a 5-star environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive off the high-pressure nature of running a successful restaurant.
- High commitment to exceeding customer service standards.
- Exceptional planning, communication, and conflict negotiation skills
