Our services include moving staff’s belongings between sites, set up of new IT on desks, moving furniture & other items.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision**: Leading and managing a team of movers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- **Planning**: Coordinating the logistics of the move, including all aspects of the move to ensure is seamless & efficent.
- **Customer Interaction**: Communicating with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
- **Staff Interaction**:Work with & direct staff, lead by example & motivate the team.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensuring all team members follow safety protocols and use equipment properly.
- **Problem-Solving**: Handling any issues that arise during the move, such as delays or damaged items.

Applicants with a clean Police history, a Driving licence, either medium rigid &/or Car, a forklift licence, and any certificates such as white card or working with children will be held in high regard.

While previous experience in a similar role or in the moving industry would be prefererd, we are prepared to look outside this for the right person.

Pay: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Work Location: Hybrid remote in FYSHWICK, ACT 2609
