**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Have the opportunity to lead and enhance embedded practice across services within the Gippsland region.
- **Have the opportunity to step up into the area manager role and enhance your leadership skills**:

- Have the opportunity to lead your own OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for children with special needs.
- Create engaging programs with industry leading programming tools
- Be the face of TheirCare and create positive relationships within the school community.
- **Mentor a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.**:

- **Coach and mentor your teams with a focus on improvement and the cascading of knowledge**:

- Rostering for services within the local area, with support from your Area Manager.
- Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
- **Monday to Friday
- no weekend work**

***ABOUT YOU**:

- You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives and has experience working with children with special needs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.
- Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is essential.
- Employee Working With Children Check valid in the relevant state.
- Willing to obtain valid **HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting**.
- Willing to obtain National Criminal History Check.
