**Description**:
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role will work across night shift Monday to Friday primarily. Some weekend work and shift rotation may also be required.

Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting of production equipment, you will be efficient in prioritising repairs on machinery breakdowns, conduct preventative maintenance as scheduled and provide support for all maintenance projects. The role will ideally suit someone with experience in a similar position in a food manufacturing environment.

**Key focus areas of the role include**:

- Attending to preventative and breakdown calls
- Report any faults or issues to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Support and contribute to a safe work culture including the Take 5 System
- Compile and distribute daily maintenance changeover reports
- Completing work orders is an essential part of this role

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be considered for this role you will have**:

- Full electrical or restricted electrical licence is essential
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Exposure to a high risk food manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Food Safety preferred
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Trade Qualified
- Computer literate
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously is essential
- Ability to house-keep work areas to a high standard
- Ability to communicate effectively with production operators.
