Engineering Applications (ENAP) is a respected engineering company located in Hemmant and Carole Park with over 40 years' experience in the design, fabrication, installation and maintenance of varying types of process plant & equipment.

ENAP services a diverse range of industries including the food, manufacturing, mining, chemical and materials handling industries. We enjoy a diverse range of work including designing, fabricating, installing and maintaining tanks, vessels, chutes, hoppers, bins, structures, platforms, walkways, stairs, conveyor systems, pipe-work and many different types of ancillary equipment.

**About the role**

Due to an increase in workload, Engineering has an established presence in Carole Park and are looking for **experienced Maintenance Fitters **that are interested in working on a variety of sites across a broad range of industries.

Fault finding, break down and preventative maintenance experience is essential. You will need to have excellent customer service skills and the ability to self-manage your jobs to completion within desired time frames.

**In addition you will require the following attributes;**
- Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical)
- Current industry experience conducting routine and breakdown maintenance across a broad range of industries
- Experience with the installation and commissioning of machinery
- Experience with site shutdowns for maintenance and project work
- Problem solving skills - independently and within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Be available for overtime and some weekend work.
- Able to attend out of working hours breakdowns
- General safety induction card

**Desirable but not essential;**
- Pneumatic / Hydraulic experience
- Forklift, EWP / Boom Lift Licences
- Welding Skills, GMAW, GTAW & MMAW
- Fabrication skills
- Manual Machining and Milling
- Working at Heights training
- Confined Space training

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $44.00 - $46.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
