**About AMSL Aero**

AMSL Aero Pty Ltd is a start-up Australian aviation company, incorporated in 2017. We are developing Vertiia, the world’s most efficient and long range electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft. Vertiia will be used initially in aeromedical, regional passenger and cargo operations, providing emissions-free, safe, low cost and fast transport up to 1000 km. We are based airside at Bankstown Airport, and our flight test facilities are located in regional New South Wales.

**About the role**

We currently looking for experienced Avionics Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) or Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers B2 (B2 LAME). This role will be responsible for playing a key role in the assembly of the prototype aircraft, including installing all the relevant wiring and electrical systems, testing and verifying these systems in accordance with the regulatory requirements. The role will require someone who can operate with limited supervision and has experience in the build and maintenance of aircraft, with strong experience in avionics and electrical systems. The role will contribute to the design process, development of installation documentation, and general workshop safety management and maintenance

**About you**
- The knowledge, skills and experience best suited to this role would include:

- Certificate IV in Aeroskills - Avionics or equivalent Avionics trade
- Highly desirable - CASR Part 66 Aircraft Engineer License - Avionics
- Demonstrated experience in the build and/or modification of aircraft
- Experience in installing, modifying and maintaining aircraft electrical systems and avionics
- Experience in aircraft and workshop safety management
- ASIC eligibility
