QantasLink is at the forefront of aviation, working with state-of-the-art equipment and resources, our shared commitment to professional excellence continues to keep our customers safe. With the opportunity to join a company who fosters strong workplace relationships and values the importance of feedback, your new position as a LAME will see you performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Qantaslink’s fleet of Dash 8 and 717 aircraft. The role is located within Qantaslink Line Maintenance and is an integral part in ensuring on time performance for all our customers.

You’ll have:

- Ensured all maintenance is carried out in accordance with the system of certification
- Completed tasks allocated in accordance with the Procedures Manual and aircraft manufacturers Maintenance Manual requirements
- Performed rectification, servicing and maintenance of the QantasLink fleet aircraft and equipment
- Completed all documentation and reporting requirements in accordance with company policy
- Ensured your contribution allows our performance to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Complied with Service and Occupational Health and Safety Standards
- A relevant CASA license
- Ensured conformance with practices and procedures covering the maintenance of aircraft with the objective of promoting the highest achievable standards
- Awareness of corporate occupational, health and safety responsibilities and procedures
- Ability to work unsupervised in a dynamic team environment
- An endorsed CASA Lame License on Dash 8 Avionics/Mechanical and/or 717 Avionics/Mechanical
- A commitment to being a customer-focused team worker with flexibility and willingness to undertake other reasonable duties as required
- Sound communications skills, both written and verbal
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Self-motivation with the ability to work well within timelines and with mínimal supervision with a positive attitude.
