**Requirements**:

- Must hold a TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
- Relevant qualification in RII60520 Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design or a related field.

**Skills and abilities**:

- Recent hands-on experience in the building and construction industry
- Proven experience in the delivery and assessment of vocational education and training
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Suite programs and Office 365.
- Experience delivering training to students with barriers to education
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively

**Key Responsibilities**
- Planning, designing, and delivering engaging and industry-focused training sessions.
- Assessing students' progress and skills through a variety of methods, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Providing personalised feedback and guidance to students to foster their growth and development.
- Collaborating with our curriculum development team to ensure course content remains up-to-date and relevant.
- Maintaining accurate records of student assessments, attendance, and overall performance.
- Staying updated on current business trends and incorporating them into your teaching approach.
