**About the Role**:
As a Concession Manager, you will oversee operations, sales, financial growth, team management, and ensuring 5-star customer service. You will:

- Lead and support the team.
- Manage operational tasks such as rostering, inventory management, VM, reporting, recruitment, training, and coaching.
- Provide genuine, personalised service.
- Drive sales and achieve KPI's.
- Promote the brand as a brand ambassador.
- Cultivate a supportive, high-performing team culture.
- Collaborate with Concession support staff.

- Experience in retail, ideally fashion retail.
- Exceptional standards in both management and customer service.
- A talent for fostering a lively and collaborative team environment.
- Experience in exceeding KPI's and delivering 5-start customer service.
