We are searching for a dynamic Concession Manager to drive operations, performance and sales. You will be a key support to the wider team - leading from the front - supporting with engaging and developing the team, creating an excellent customer experience and building VIP relationships.
- Drive sales and KPIs and overall retail excellence
- Proactively drive sales on the shop floor through customer experience and CRM activities
- Instore event management

- Previous supervisory experience in a high-end fashion retailer or proven customer experience
- Strong people skills - be able to lead from the front and set the example
- Confident problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills
- Proven success in building and nurturing a VIP customer base
- A strong interest in trends - you already know & wear the latest trends, and are able to relate to our fashion-conscious customers with ease
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise the needs of the business.
