Established Boutique is seeking a Design Manager who will oversee all the studios projects.

Client interface, Design quality and project delivery quality assurance, this Senior Architect will be capable of having an eye over multiple projects and teams.

This studio have been long established in the Brisbane market, and have a reputation for design and delivery across sectors: retail, commercial, industrial and some residential.

A very secure pipeline of projects, the studio are looking for Senior talent to join.

Managing client and sub consultant relationships at a Senior level, being able to ensure projects are on track for time and cost outcomes with a design eye to ensure quality.

Around 15-20 years experience post Graduation of Architecture, with a range of successful projects delivered across sectors and scale, this is a versatile Architect.

Technically wise, an expert knowledge of construction and buildability with a keen eye for design sensibility.

Ideally this individual will have range of medium scale project exposure in the commercial sectors.

Ability to run teams and coordinate, drive and encourage successful outcomes and foster a great working relationship within the team.
