**About You**

**About the role**

Our client is looking to bring someone into the team who is going to help grow the recruitment department. You’ll add significant value through:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment for all Retail and Support Office roles, including advertising, shortlisting, phone screening, reference checks, offer, contract and onboarding.
- Building relationships with the broader team including Store Managers, Area Managers and Office Support to ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly and to provide insight on any recruitment matters when required.
- Educating and train Store Managers and Area Managers on behavioural interviewing and selection techniques.
