**About the Role**

YAU GROUP PTY LTD, a premier commercial cleaning provider in Victoria, is hiring an experienced **Contract Manager** to drive excellence in our service delivery. In this full-time role, you’ll oversee high-value cleaning contracts, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service while optimizing operational efficiency.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage daily operations of commercial cleaning contracts, including staff scheduling and on-site supervision.
- Ensure strict compliance with service agreements and client specifications.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly while maintaining professional relationships.
- Track and report on contract performance metrics (e.g., quality audits, budget adherence).
- Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with leadership to support business growth and service innovation.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar role in the cleaning services industry.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills; adept at multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Outstanding communication abilities to foster trust with clients and internal teams.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering premium service standards.
- Proficiency with contract management software and data analysis tools.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving client needs and operational demands.

Pay: $73,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
