**About the Role**
We’re on the lookout for a people-loving, client-championing lead who can juggle direct client support with keeping an awesome team running smoothly. If spreadsheets make you sigh but meaningful connections light you up, this role is calling your name.

**Your Superpowers Include**:
Rallying a team of Community Support Workers like a seasoned coach—guiding, motivating, and setting them up for success.
Leading by example—person-centred, active support isn’t just a phrase, it’s a mindset.
Helping the team deliver and document support that aligns with clients’ goals, dreams, and preferences.
Working with the Operations Manager and Home & Lifestyle Lead Level 2 to roll out policies, procedures, and knowledge that help everyone shine.

**About You**
You’re a compassionate go-getter with experience in disability support and a knack for bringing people together. You’re great at problem-solving, you love seeing people thrive, and paperwork doesn’t scare you (too much). **Here’s what makes you awesome**:
Experience in frontline Community Services.
Skill in keeping a team organized and on track.
A solid understanding of disability support needs.
The ability to build great relationships—with clients, families, and colleagues alike.
An eye for detail when recording and documenting client progress.
A Certificate IV in community services, disability, aged care, HR, business, or a related field would be helpful, but if you’ve got the skills, we want to hear from you
