We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and support our team in the civil construction roll out of a pit and pipe fibre build.

**Role and Purpose**

This is an exciting time to be play an integral role in our Project Management in completing the project on time, within budget whilst meeting our high quality and safety standards.

Overall, you'll be tasked with coordinating project activities, including working closely with our project manager/s to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects.

More specifically some of your duties will involve:

- Scheduling and contractor/subcontractor work allocation
- Assisting with completions documentation to ensure prompt invoicing
- Purchase orders and assistance in the generation of invoices
- Supporting the PM with project updates and presentations/reports for customer meetings
- Maintaining and coordinating team admin processes
- Maintaining asset and training registers
- Ensuring continuous improvements and efficiencies across administrative procedures
- Maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.

Your skills and knowledge will likely include the following:

- 2+ years experience as a Project Coordinator in the telecommunications industry
- Strong understanding of project management processes and systems from conception to delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tertiary education in business administration or related field (preferred).
