Due to continued growth and a considerable increase in demand for staff we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, energetic Recruiter to join the business on a Full-time basis.

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Posting ads and responding to applicants on social media.
- Placing content on social media about Sands Fridge Lines.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Assisting with Hiring Managers to ensure navigation through Recruitment Process
