We are seeking a Finance Graduate to join our Financial Control team in Sydney. This position will provide you with exposure to key finance functions; including financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and strategic decision-making. As a Finance Grad at Symbio, you will develop critical financial acumen, business insights and build a strong foundation for a successful career in finance.

**What you'll do as a Graduate Finance**:

- Gain experience across all areas of finance; including financial accounting, financial reporting, compliance and audits, financial asset management, financial planning and data analysis and operational finance
- Work closely with team members from various business units to support the achievement of shared financial goals and initiatives
- Gain experience in financial processes and procedures
- Financial research and investigation
- Assist in finance projects
- Actively participate in the graduate program
- Complete all graduate deliverables

**Qualifications** What you'll need to succeed**:

- Recent graduate with a degree in Finance or Accounting or a related field
- Strong academic record with a demonstrated interest in finance and business
- Interest in technology and/or communications and a passion for innovation
- Previous work experience or internship in finance, accounting, or analytics an advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Power Pivot desirable
- Proactive, can-do attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Enjoys working part of a team to complete a common goal
