Distribution Centre Manager- Tradelink Ingleburn

**Tradelink **is one of Australia’s biggest names in plumbing supplies for bathrooms, kitchens and laundries, with over 200 branches throughout Australia and 150 years of experience. We are part of Fletcher Building, a diversified global building industry company.
We’re looking for an experienced, energetic, hands-on individual who can lead the day-to-day DC operations at Dandenong. Reporting to the Head of Warehousing and Logistics, you will be responsible for Distribution Centre operations including safety, quality, stock control and cost, working closely with the supply chain and customer service teams and transport providers to optimise operations and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key tasks will involve forecasting, planning and co-ordinating the allocation and utilisation of labour, leading and engaging staff to achieve performance goals and targets.
Your ability to motivate and empower staff, lead change and identify areas for continuous improvement will be critical to your success in this role. You will also need to possess strong time management and problem solving ability. Working closely with both internal and external customers, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build solid, long-term relationships and lead your team to being better every day.
