Join the vibrant team at Ingleburn Montessori Early Learning Academy as an Early Childhood Teacher. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Montessori-inspired early education to children aged 0-6 years. What you'll be doing

  1. Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate Montessori-based curriculum and activities
  2. Observe and document children's progress, ensuring individualised support and development
  3. Foster a nurturing, stimulating and safe learning environment
  4. Build strong partnerships with families, communicating regularly on children's progress
  5. Collaborate with the wider team to uphold the centre's Montessori philosophy and educational approach
  6. Participate in professional development to continually enhance your teaching practice

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  2. Experience teaching in a Montessori or play-based early learning environment
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families and the team
  4. Strong organisational and time management abilities
  5. Genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of young children
  6. Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
