We are looking for a **Store Manager** and an** Assistant Store Manager **to join us at rebel Browns Plains.

Our** Store Managers** are champions of our people. They lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best by providing outstanding customer experiences.

**Assistant Store Managers (known internally as our Customer Service Managers)** are leaders in guiding team members to attain excellence in customer service and sales. They have impeccable attention to detail and are motivated to ensure operational and service standards are consistently achieved.

About you
- You are an experienced retail people leader with the confidence to manage a large team
- You have the ability and motivation to mentor, inspire and uplift the team
- Your communication skills and your open, friendly nature ensure both customers and team members can approach you with ease
- You are driven to achieve targets, KPI’s and budgets for a large store
- You are focused on zero harm and understand the safety of our customers and team is top priority
- As one of the Assistant Store Manager roles will be back of house and focused on Inventory Team Management, skills and experience in retail inventory management would be well regarded for this role
