The position of **Internal Sales Specialist** is a key customer-interacting role. It reports to and has support from the Branch Manager and other sales, admin, and warehouse team members. Daily you will attend to existing and new enquiries while working stock/inventory, orders, pricing, quotations and conduct customer follow-up calls and correspondence.
Your background is likely to already include a significant focus on customers and, with a goal of winning repeat business, you understand the importance of continually delivering a quality service. You have experience working in a similar role in and have excellent attention to detail. You love your work and - on the phone, online, or in person - you present in a professional and friendly manner.
