**About the role**

As a Care Service Employee you'll get to know your residents by supporting their choices, preferences and needs during your shifts. We are hiring for Carers on a **permanent part time** basis for the below roster patterns:

- 64 hours per fortnight
- Monday to Thursday Nights 10.30pm-7am
- 52 hours per fortnight
- Wednesday to Saturday 7am-2pm
- 52 hours per fortnight
- Tues/Wed 7am-3pm & Thurs/Fri 3.30pm-9pm

Note: These roster patterns are set shifts, if you are interested in a line of roster you must be available to work all shifts/days of the roster line. Some roster vacancies may be filled while job ad is posted

**Duties may include**:

- Assistance with a wide range of Person-Centered care in accordance with care Plan
- Assistance with medication
- Simple wound dressing
- Assistance with activities under supervision
- Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love

**Skills & experience**
- Previous experience as a Care Service Employee
- Transferrable skills in providing care and compassion to others
- Certificate III in Individual Support is desirable or a willingness to obtain
- We encourage Nursing students to apply
