Our client, located in Lake Macquarie, is a successful and respected Australian favourite in the motorhome industry. The dealership offers both new and used vehicles in various sizes and caters to every budget. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced and diligent Installer to join their team.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This full-time permanent position will be responsible for the installation of various vehicle parts and the finer fitments during the stage 5 production process

The main responsibilities of the role include:

- Perform installation and fitting tasks during the stage 5 production phase of vehicle manufacturing. Ensure the accurate and efficient installation of various vehicle parts and fitments, including but not limited to TVs. fans, light fixtures, switches, cupboard latches, and other Interior components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and specifications to determine the appropriate installation procedures and requirements.
- Utilise hand and power tools to assemble, install, and fit vehicle components, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to verify the proper functioning and appearance of installed parts and fitments.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, reporting any safety hazards or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven experience as an Installer and Fitter, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle components, fitments, and installation techniques.
- Ability to handle various hand and power tools effectively. Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy in all installation tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of quality.
