Sands Fridge Lines (Sands) is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor who has successfully supervised pick-up and delivery operations throughout WA. You must have a passion for safety, customer service and efficiency. **KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Maintain team leadership - across the warehouse and fleet operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and accuracy are prioritised.
- Be responsible for providing a safe working environment free of hazards by completing daily site/department inspections and implementing preventative and corrective actions.
- Delivery on our service promise by ensuring targets are met for delivery on time and pick up’s are on time
- Coordinate the inbound/outbound operational movements.
- Communication with the workshop to ensure fleet maintenance standards are maintained and downtime is kept to a mínimal.
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies or improvements where possible.
- Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures and OHS legislative requirements.
- Be pivotal in customer relationship management ensuring customers are kept informed of any service issues.
- Ensure all OHS legislative requirements are adhered to

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within transport managing a large fleet.
- A broad understanding of transport laws, fatigue management and safety requirements.
- A high level of literacy, numeracy and computer skills.
- Demonstrated solid experience in supervising and coordinating staff.
- Demonstrated experience in leading process development and improvement.
- Exceptional Work Ethic.
- Undertake medical including Drug & Alcohol testing.
- Good analytical, reporting, high attention to detail.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and deal with multiple activities simultaneously.
- Be flexible with working hours to assist with operational needs of the business.
