**What we have on offer**:
We are seeking an experienced and driven **Sales & Testing Technician** to join our Sydney team which will include supporting our Melbourne branch. The role will see you responsible for driving a MR fully loaded test truck and work with our sales teams to grow our opportunities particularly in the construction markets.

Just wait till you see our truck Its by far the best in the business, so imagine yourself driving the most state of the art vehicle in our industry The truck is equipped with inventory, and you will be supported by our sales BDM team to deliver our Customer First philosophy.

This is a great hands-on technical role; and you will have access to the best technical training program when onboarding with us to give you a great start in your new career with us.

**What your new role entails**:

- Drive and maintain our MR test truck including a rotation of driving the truck to Melbourne and working with Victorian our customers for one week per month (on average or by agreement with us)
- Work with our BDM team to develop market opportunities where we can place the test truck on customer sites
- Working with the BDM team, you will support growing our sales and develop these skills over time
- On and off-site inspections and testing of lifting equipment
- Maintenance and service repairs on products to ensure safety and compliance
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide advice on our products
- 100% commitment to personal and business safety

**What you will bring with you**:

- We would prefer if you will need a MR Truck licence but it is not essential We will ensure you complete a course and support you to achieve this.
- Having worked in construction markets would be an advantage
- The ability to work with your cross functional peers to get best outcomes for our business and our customers
- A demonstrated technical service experience but it’s not essential. If you have some mechanical aptitude, we can build a development program for you.
- The ability to develop strong professional relationships
- The ability to work autonomously if required
- Flexibility for regular travel in Sydney and Melbourne
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Problem solving and time management skills
