You will become part of a work hard, play hard environment Each restaurant is a fun, tight-knit team that celebrates wins and supports each other. We have team bases incentives hitting targets and rewards for achievements. Our managers are hands on all the way and put effort into your development and career progression.
- Traineeship

If you’re a new entrant in our industry, we want you to receive industry leading training. Working with us means you’ll sign up to a nationally recognised qualification and work towards building a great foundation for your future career - and its on us

You will join Grill’d via a Traineeship so you can obtain a nationally recognised qualification for coming to work

**What's Next**

Applicants need to be available for a mixture of shifts during the week and on the weekends. You will be offered the role on the assumption you qualify to commence a Traineeship.
