The Health Capital Division (HCD) delivers end-to-end capital infrastructure processes, including all capital planning, business cases, construction and maintenance programs across the health system. HCD work in partnership with the Hospital and Health Services (HHSs), the broader Department of Health, other government agencies and the construction sector to achieve value for money infrastructure outcomes that service the needs of Queensland communities. The Division is client focused and tailors its support to the individual needs of the HHS partners.

**The role**

This is a newly created role working closely with the Director of Operational Commissioning and reporting to the Senior Director Operational Commissioning and Furniture Fittings and Equipment with a mandate to lead and manage the HCD’s FFE team. With strong experience in FFE, the position will be responsible for leading the team development and coordination approach to FFE specifications, selection, standardisation and interface with contractors across QLD Health.
