**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess client financial and credit data to determine eligibility for various financing options.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of different mortgage products and an awareness of the competitive landscape.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the mortgage process and potential financial solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, financial planners, and other industry professionals to build a referral network.
- Stay informed of changes in policies, standards, and regulations within the mortgage industry.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in Chinese and English.
