We are now seeking a passionate and experienced **General Manager** to lead our flagship community, **The Alba**, located in vibrant South Melbourne.

**Your New Role**

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operational management of The Alba, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services that reflect our values of **Bold, Warm, and Honest**. You will inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team to create a thriving community where residents feel truly at home.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Champion the **Better Together®** experience by delivering exceptional customer service and care across the precinct
- Lead and develop a high-performing team culture that reflects our values and commitment to wellbeing
- Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, training, and coaching to ensure best practice across all functions
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, contractors, and guests to foster a collaborative and respectful environment
- Manage financial performance, reporting, and budgeting to meet key operational targets
- Proactively identify and manage risks, resolve complex issues, and ensure compliance with quality assurance and accreditation standards

**About You**

You are a values-driven leader with a proven track record in aged care management. You bring strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of older Australians.

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Previous experience as a General Manager in a residential aged care setting
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Expertise in operational management, including recruitment, rostering, and service delivery
- Financial acumen and experience in budget management and reporting
- Full vaccination for 2025 Influenza and COVID-19
