**About the Role**:
We have two exciting opportunities available:
**12-Month Fixed Term Position**

**Part-Time (Monday -Thursday) Position**

We are looking for a motivated, driven, and experienced credit controller with exceptional communication skills to join our Credit Control team.

**Your day to day**
- Manage a dedicated ledger of customer accounts
- Set, monitor and update customer credit limits
- Liaises with branch managers on late payments and trading extensions
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Contact customers for payment and arrange payment schedules where necessary
- Initiate debt recovery procedures including recommending legal action
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Process new accounts, manage credit holds and provide advice and recommendations on minimising bad debts
- Undertake financial transactions associated with account payments, invoicing and solving account queries

**About you**
- Superior written and verbal communication skills supported by an engaging and professional manner
- Prior experience in Credit
- Excellent MS Office Suite proficiency with emphasis on Excel
- Strong attention to detail with proven time management, planning & organisation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Self-motivated, results driven and strong problem-solving skills
- Great attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and a flair for risk analysis.
