Your team
As an Australian retailer who understands the commercial power of VM we have invested accordingly. Your team purpose is to deliver an inspiring and consistent customer experience that is relevant and aligned with our strategic goals and vision.
Your role
Reporting to the National Visual Merchandising Manager your role will have a national focus and will partner with our State VM’s to execute strategy. You will deliver exceptional brand standards through campaign co-development, management and specialised ‘world of’ experience spaces.
Day to day responsibilities may include:
- Co-develop the Business Unit strategy with the cross functional team and guarantee the execution from a VM perspective.
- Lead and manage ‘end to end’ internal instore campaigns, Trade Partner campaigns and concept proposals.
- Identify improvements, advocate change and influence at a senior management level
- Develop space productivity analysis for the Business Unit and inform of space planning and floor layout
- Drive brand consistency through collaboration with the marketing and online teams
- Manage Trade Partner relationships
About You:
- Be an experienced Visual Merchandiser with at least 5 years’ experience
- Having experience in a large format or a department store environment would be highly advantageous
- Demonstrate experience in executing and rolling out projects and campaigns
- Have a strong understanding of how Visual Merchandising impacts consumer behaviour in store
- Be able to lead and influence with confidence
- Knowledge of and/or interest in performance sports
