QA Analyst

HOW WILL WE KNOW YOU ARE THE ONE
- You have great communication skills.
- You are able to work independently, without extensive supervision, task level management and handholding.
- You have the ability to drive outcomes with end-to-end ownership
- You are able to proactively clarify, confirm, reach agreements, and obtain approvals.
- You have a thorough understanding of digital software development methods and technology.
- You understand different testing and documentation methods.
- You can identify and present best approach for testing various stories, features and solutions.
- You have excellent attention to detail.

WHAT TECHNICAL CAPABILITES YOU WILL HAVE
- Minimum 4 years of digital testing experience (preferably from an agency background).
- Understand different types of testing:

- Functional testing.
- Integration testing/System Integration Testing
- User Acceptance testing
- Product Verification Testing
- Experience with at least one programming language such as C#/Java/JavaScript.
- Strong experience in writing Automation tests and maintaining them (preferably with Selenium / Cypress)
- Strong experience working and testing across Content Management Systems
- Strong experience working with Atlassian software's: JIRA and Confluence.
- Basic understanding of Zephyr
- To perform manual and automated testing for our digital products and all outgoing functionality-led projects regardless of size or budget.
- To keep written records of defects that are discovered during testing.
- To analyze the defects and assist our engineering team to identify what is causing them.
