Road Safety Education Limited (RSE) is a not-for-profit organisation which is committed to reducing trauma on our roads through the delivery of industry-leading, evidence-based road safety education programs for high school students.

We are currently seeking a Program Facilitator to start immediately.

As a facilitator you will:

- Present scripted content to a small audience
- Be able to facilitate activities & group discussion in a workshop style and connect with a teenage (16-18 year old) audience.
- Each presentation is half an hour and is presented six times to classroom sized groups, with breaks for morning tea and lunch - you need to be able to keep time and efficiently get through each session
- Demonstrate strong ability in team work and keeping students engaged while ensuring quality in presentation and delivery.

Full training will be provided.

Pay rate is $35-45 per hour (working hours are generally 9am-2pm) depending on experience. You will need to invoice us for payment. You will also be provided with morning tea and lunch on the day.

In order to be successful in this role, the following experience/skills are necessary:

- Must feel comfortable presenting in front of large groups
- Able to project voice and feel confident presenting
- Be well-presented and neatly attired (Smart Casual)
- Must have current drivers licence and be able and willing to travel to our venues (all over Brisbane & the Gold Coast)
- Great opportunity for undergrad work experience for students of in Education, Psychology or Arts (drama)
- Experience with working with a range of ages and volunteers would be an advantage
- Blue Card (Working With Children registration) essential
- The number of days (shifts) will be inconsistent so you need to be comfortable with picking up shifts randomly - you will not have a set number of days per week or month

**Salary**: $175.00 - $250.00 per day
