**Your New Role**

Some of your key accountabilities will include:

- Responsibility for Retirement strategy, including Retirement Income Covenant
- Retirement customer value proposition (CVP) development, including value assessment
- Retirement thought leadership, including to support policy positioning and advocacy

**To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience**:

- 15+ years of experience in Financial Services industry (Superannuation is mandatory)
- Deep understanding of Financial Advice and Superannuation policy regulatory environments
- Proven experience developing strategy and delivering compelling retirement propositions
- Recognised Retirement industry thought leader
- Relevant tertiary qualification, with a preference for RG146, and CFA or Actuarial qualifications
- Proven leadership experience
