Marist Regional College is a Catholic, co-educational secondary school located in Burnie (NW Tasmania) catering for 800 students from Years 7 to 12. The College is committed to creating a learning environment that fosters excellence, compassion and service in our students.

Specifically, the functions of the role are to provide:

- Office and Clerical support to the College
- Reception and Administration duties;
- Be the front line contact for visitors to the college;
- First Aid and Workplace Health and Safety duties.
- Manage the day to day elements of reception and associated activities.

**This position is offered on a part time 46 weeks per year ongoing basis. The position is 40 hours per fortnight over 5 days.**

The successful applicant will be a team player with extensive office and administration experience and be committed to the ethos and values of Marist Regional College.
