**About the business and the role**

Platinum Rehabilitation Group is a boutique workplace rehabilitation provider. At Platinum, we focus on creating a culture where employees enjoy coming into work each day due to the support provided by upper management, and comradery between the team.

We are a business that provides dynamic injury management and return to work support services to large Employers, Insurers, and Treatment Providers including Doctors, Physiotherapists and Psychologists. We are currently experiencing increased growth and require multiple Rehabilitation Consultants to join the team.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**

The core duties of the role:

- Conducting various Assessments (Psych Functional Capacity Evaluations, Vocational Assessments, and Worksite Assessments).
- Managing complex physical / psychological claims
- Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Managing a case load of clients (WorkCover, and CTP claims).
- Working within NDIS scheme
- Providing treatment
- Interacting with various treating professionals including Specialists and Doctors

**Skills and experience**

Experience, skills and desired traits:

- Must be either an accredited Social Worker or Rehab Counsellor
- Must have ASORC registration
- Must have a valid Drivers Licence
- Motivated to learn
- Bubbly personality and the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with varying stakeholders
- Strong work ethic.
- Ambition to become a Leader in a growing team.
- Team player.
