**Mortgage Specialist - Banking**

**Northern Beaches - Permanent - Immediate Start**

Exciting newly created opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Specialist with a customer centric bank.

**In this role as a Mortgage Specialist, you will -**
- Promote business opportunities by maintaining superior customer engagement,
- Develop and attain new loan business from both the existing customer base and new opportunities.
- Proactively keep customers informed of follow up, submissions and other requests.
- Take responsibility and ensure all risk, compliance and audit requirements are met.

**Skills Required**:

- Certificate level course in financial services or equivalent.
- 2 -4 years’ experience in mortgage lending/sales/broker.
- Demonstrated retail banking experience
- Ability to build positive working relationships across the business
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analysis/problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and autonomously
