This role is based at Falls Creek, the premier all-season alpine village and resort located in the Victorian High Plains. The beautiful alpine village is ski-in-ski-out during the winter months and turns into an outdoor mecca during summer. Falls Creek is part of Vail Resorts who own and operate ski areas including iconic resorts such as Perisher and Hotham in Australia as well as Park City, Beaver Creek, Whistler Blackcomb and Vail in North America.

As the Building Maintenance Labourer you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and upgrades of all building assets including workshops, offices, staff accommodation, lift huts, retail and rental locations.

**In a typical day in this role, you might**:

- Carry out maintenance and upgrade work in a timely manner, unsupervised
- Install appliances and equipment
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems
- Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations

**To be considered for this role, you should have**:

- Have previous maintenance experience
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Current unrestricted, manual Driver's Licence
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
