Bodington is our 120-bed home offering exceptional care to all our residents. Situated in the picturesque bushland of Wentworth Falls, we offer a home-like environment where residents and staff are treated with compassion and respect. Bodington is not close to public transport, so a motor vehicle would be advantageous.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality customer focused maintenance, grounds and garden services to the residents of Bodington.

**_ To be successful in this role_**
- Experience working as a Supervisor with maintenance requirements in aged care, retirement, schools or similar
- Ability to provide technical advice and produce technical reports
- Relevant License/qualifications (prefer Cert IV in Maintenance/Building Services)
- Ability to provide works costs estimates
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of multi-disciplinary team.
- Knowledge and understanding of WH&S requirements
- Ability to prioritise and be organised
- Current unrestricted Class C NSW Drivers Licence
- Must be able to provide evidence of Covid-19 Vaccination.
